Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Delivery Leader to oversee our APAC operations, encompassing all aspects of service delivery including financial performance, resource allocation, commercials, and leadership.

This position requires a balance between regional operational oversight and direct program management of strategic accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for client outcomes, people leadership, and ongoing process improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise software in a B2B SaaS context, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.

  • Own the APAC Professional Services profit and loss statement, including resource forecasting, delivery quality, and financial performance
  • Oversee all client delivery in the region across implementation and recurring services
  • Actively manage key clients, serving as Delivery Lead on a limited number of strategic projects
  • Line manage and coach Delivery Managers and Consultants; lead hiring, onboarding, and development
  • Represent the delivery team in sales pursuits; contribute to scoping, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • Ensure adoption of best practices and continuous improvement methods
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Global Services leadership to drive strategic initiatives in the region
