Your Role

The successful candidate will lead our store operations team in achieving financial growth, delivering an excellent customer experience, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, developing and coaching your team, and upholding our brand's values and vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and visual merchandising.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • A competitive salary package of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum.
