
Senior Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Service Centre Senior Advisor to be the first point of contact for employee support and advice on various operational and transactional matters.
- Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with staff by delivering high-quality customer service.
- Respond to low to medium complexity requests and ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
- Redirect more complex queries to the appropriate teams, while keeping requesters informed of progress.
- Support continuous improvement by helping to transition services from self-service to tier 1 support, including guiding users through available resources and service pathways.
The ideal candidate will hold relevant tertiary qualifications or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Candidates must have full unrestricted Australian work rights and may be subject to a National criminal history check.
