Customer Service Leader

  • Analyse and report on key performance metrics, driving operational efficiency and process improvements within the customer service centre.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a customer service management or team leadership role.
  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement customer service strategies and procedures.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
