The Aspirante System Implementation/Organisational Change Manager role plays a pivotal part in driving digital transformation within the department, ensuring seamless integration of new systems and innovation solutions.

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and change management principles to drive successful transformation of existing system development and maintenance processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert level coding and programming methodology best practice to build, maintain and enhance complex applications, using DevSecOps.
  • Manage Azure DevOps projects, including configuring repositories and branch policies, developing YAML-based CI/CD pipelines with PowerShell scripts, managing Artifacts and NuGet feeds to ensure efficient package distribution and version control.
  • In partnership with the Manager, Application Solutions, develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems, technologies and processes across the department.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to system development and change management.
  • Champion the integration of innovation solutions that drive efficiency, effectiveness and competitive advantage for the department.
  • Identify potential technical and operational risks associated with system development and change initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Lead initiatives to modernise legacy systems to align with current industry standards.
  • Lead and support the delivery of Change Management activities, working as part of the team to ensure change management activities are proactively planned and executed.
  • Develop and distribute targeted, concise and timely communications through a variety of channels (e.g. ServiceNow knowledge articles, team wikis, newsletters, group emails, presentations, showcases, FAQ's etc).

About the Role:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
