Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide home and community care services to clients in need.

As a home and community support worker, you will be responsible for providing tailored day-to-day support to clients, including social assistance, meal preparation, cleaning, and personal care, depending on individual needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent
  • HACC qualification (desirable, but not essential)
  • At least 3 months experience in a community care setting
  • Valid National Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone
