Apprentice Carpenter Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for constructing wall and ceiling frames, pitched roofs, eaves, external stairs, laying sub-flooring and floorboards, nailing fascia panels, fitting exterior wall cladding, door and window frames, measuring materials & carrying out calculations, cutting materials, assembling and nailing using a variety of hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct wall and ceiling frames, pitched roofs, eaves, external stairs
  • Laying sub-flooring and floorboards
  • Nailing fascia panels, fitting exterior wall cladding, door and window frames
  • Measuring materials & carrying out calculations
  • Cutting materials, assembling and nailing
Requirements:
  • Physically fit, self-disciplined, and have attention to detail
  • Reliable, resilient, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A current Driver's Licence, and have your own reliable transport
  • A White Card or the ability to obtain one ASAP
