Job Title: Site Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and trade qualified individual to join our team as a Site Services Coordinator. This role will oversee the carpentry and builder requirements, ensuring site appearance and buildings are maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in general maintenance and building repairs, minor plumbing, cleaning and other relevant trades. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the maintenance of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure site appearance and buildings are maintained to the highest standards
  • Oversee current building repairs contractors
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed to standard
  • Use hand and power tools to maintain buildings across Caboolture operations
  • Maintain public-facing areas to project the company as an industry leader
  • Support the maintenance department by undertaking general building maintenance duties


Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in general maintenance and building repairs
  • Minor plumbing, cleaning and other relevant trades
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work Saturdays as required
