**About You**
You are an enthusiastic person who demonstrates commitment to working efficiently and safely within a team environment to meet the needs of our residents, their representatives, and our staff.

You will be responsible for providing effective maintenance skills by ensuring that our residences are maintained to a high standard in accordance with Arcare’s Values.

Reporting directly to the Residence Manager, you are willing to participate within a team to build on ongoing improvement of services for our residents and their representatives.

It is desired that you have a trade certificate in either Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry or Painting together with some computer literacy. Don’t worry if you don’t, we are after a person who can provide efficient and effective maintenance services in a well organised, safe and professional manner.
