As a Clinical Care Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of clinical care for residents in our aged care facility.
Job Overview- You will provide strategic leadership and work closely with the care team, residents, and families to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
Key responsibilities include providing clinical leadership, liaising with residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital, and other specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive high-level clinical care.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
- Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.
- Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, and care plans.
