Aged Care Nurse Leader
About the RoleThis full-time, fixed-term position is available for a Registered Nurse in-charge to provide clinical leadership and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents while promoting a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership to staff and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Evaluate and improve current practices to enhance resident outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
