About the Opportunity

The Rapid Interdisciplinary Senior Engagement (RISE) Service aims to provide routine occupational therapy clinical services to clients within the service and other areas of Integrated Care as prioritised by the line manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients within the RISE service and other areas of Integrated Care.
  • Collaborate with an occupational therapy and/or multidisciplinary team involving staff, clients, and their families/carers.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication skills and data entry, reporting, and medico-legal documentation.
Requirements
  • Mandatory possession of a qualification from a registered tertiary institution as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a current annual practicing certificate is essential.
