We deliver therapeutic individual or group programs to customers in their homes or at our venues.

This role requires working as part of a multidisciplinary team under direction or supervision to provide general support to the Allied Health team and contribute to customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver individual or group programs to meet customer needs
  2. Assist in program preparation and supervision of customers
  3. Provide administrative support for clinical and program materials and equipment maintenance
  4. Contribute to assessment, treatment, and clinical processes for customers
  5. Work collaboratively with customers and healthcare professionals to achieve customer goals
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance
  • Experience delivering massage therapy services, preferably to frail/aged customers
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and rapport building
  • Ability to work independently and safely within scope of practice
  • Valid Driver's Licence and willingness to use own insured vehicle for work purposes
