Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, oversee, and modify high-quality tender submissions, expression of interest documents, company profiles, and capability statements using advanced software tools.
  • Develop visually appealing presentations for tenders that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
  • Evaluate tenders and submissions for precision, coherence, and overall impact.
  • Support the maintenance and review of tender, submission, and presentation design templates to ensure consistency and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the building, architecture, or engineering sector.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including proofreading and editing content with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, diligent, and dependable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
