Project Manager Role Overview

This is an operational leadership position responsible for planning, controlling and delivering projects across various client teams. The successful candidate will have experience managing multi-channel creative production projects and be skilled in stakeholder relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and third-party stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Coordinate multiple client briefs, provide feedback and action on client amends while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Create and update project timelines to coordinate workload and ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Foster a strong working relationship to traffic workload across the studio and project teams.
  • Ensure quality control of materials before client release and implement process efficiencies to best suit client needs.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to internal stakeholders and studio teams.
  • Responsible for project completion, invoicing preparation, and administration.
  • Track and measure against key performance indicators and metrics.
