Program Specialist I
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support project activities and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standardization and 100% compliance with processes and procedures utilizing SOPs
- Achieve 90% utilization/billability
- Assist, participate in, and provide feedback with ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Complete quality and improvement per month
- Monitor and check booking status to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner in financial systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, construction, facility management or a related discipline or demonstrated equivalent level of experience
- 3+ years' experience in project operations/management
- Experience in Construction, BMS, Security is advantageous but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package skills and knowledge of SAP or any financial systems
