Key Responsibilities
  • To allocate and process sub-contractor tickets of work through our work management system.
  • To compile project completion documents for client claims in accordance with established guidelines.
  • To process variations and schedule documents into the client system, ensuring timely updates.
  • To manage access for the construction team, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • To assist with end-of-month financial tracking and reporting, providing accurate insights.
About You
  • You will need at least 2-5 years of experience as a Project Administrator or Coordinator, demonstrating expertise in your field.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are essential, including Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.
  • A strong attention to detail and numerical competency are crucial for success in this role.
  • Prior finance administration experience is highly desirable.
