Hospital Communications Coordinator

As a Switchboard Administrator, you will provide high-quality and courteous switchboard services to staff and customers of the hospital.
You will be required to work on a rotational roster covering 24 hours per day, seven days a week, including public holidays.
Main responsibilities include exercising sound judgment and initiative in delivering efficient telecommunications services, including problem-solving and emergency response.
- Maintain discretion and exercise judgment to resolve problems within the scope of the role, especially in situations without pre-existing precedents or procedures.
- Communicate effectively at all levels and foster connections across the facility to streamline processes.
- Contribute to a cohesive team environment by sharing information and supporting colleagues proactively.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
