Site Operations Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused individual to join our team as a Site Operations Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work on residential building sites in the North Shore area, with flexible scheduling and overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various site-based tasks, including labouring, to support project delivery
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project objectives
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant health and safety protocols
  • Operate a vehicle to travel to and from job sites (desired but not essential)

Requirements:

  • Australian White Card certification
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) compliant with industry standards
  • At least six months of experience working on a construction site
  • Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including overtime

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $30.06 per hour
  • Overtime, superannuation, and travel costs reimbursed
  • Weekly pay via Tax File Number (TFN)
  • A daily travel allowance of $20.32
