We are seeking experienced professionals to join our fabrication team.

This role is ideal for trade-qualified individuals with expertise in Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, or Aluminium in structural fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Fabrication experience in Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, and/or Aluminium (light to medium).
- MIG and TIG welding skills.
- Use of a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to work in the workshop and on wastewater/clean water sites.

Ideal Qualifications:

- Hepatitis A, B, and Tetanus vaccinations or willingness to obtain (for site work).
- Current Construction White Card.
- Valid Queensland Driver's Licence.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Good communication skills and safety-conscious attitude.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas.
- Reliable, with good time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Requirements include proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, and experience working with Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, and/or Aluminium. Additional skills in MIG and TIG welding, and use of various hand and power tools are also required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong safety-conscious attitude. They must also be able to work independently or as part of a team, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas.
