Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our team in Archerfield QLD.

This role involves fabricating, assembling, repairing, and maintaining metal structures and components to meet high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate, weld, and repair heavy equipment and components, including structural steel and machinery parts.
  • Perform high-quality welding and fabrication across steel and alloy materials.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Carry out maintenance and modifications on warehouse equipment, machinery and parts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe repairs Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to WHS standards Complete all tasks to a high standard within required timeframes

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Trade Qualified – Certificate III in Engineering (Boilermaking or Metal Fabrication)
  • Forklift, Working at Heights, EWP or other relevant licences highly regarded
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and welding
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screen or National Police Check

  • Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Mon–Thurs) & 6:00am – 12:00pm (Fri)
  • $53.13 per hour + penalties
  • Casual ongoing employment
