On-Site Health and Safety Specialist

A Construction Safety Oversight Specialist role is available in the field.
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide on-site observation of construction activities from a health and safety perspective.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- This role requires strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry and construction standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Documenting activities with respect to required EHS performance.
- Training on-site staff on EHS oversight program requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills- Associate's degree in construction management, safety, or occupational health and safety preferred.
- 8+ years of full-time on-site experience in construction-specific project health & safety leadership.
- Certification in field; CHST, ASP/CSP, CIH, PE, or similar registration highly desirable.
