**Job Overview**

This is a senior in-house legal counsel position within a leading global health and well-being company. The role involves providing expert advice on employment law, including common law contracts, unlawful termination, performance management, industrial/workplace relations, equal employment opportunity/diversity and workplace health and safety.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years experience across employment law and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have the ability to work collaboratively as part of an established in-house legal team of 40+. Top or mid-tier employment law advisory experience with large ASX companies will be advantageous.

The position is an initial 12-month contract, with a history of converting contracts into long-term permanent roles. A full position description is available upon request.
