Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with the Salesforce Technical Lead to deliver solutions aligned with our strategic roadmap and provide code reviews.
* Continuously develop the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives.
* Code, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
* Provide technical governance and contribute to solution design.
* Offer technical guidance and support to administrators and other developers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable technical solutions.
* Contribute to the evolution of our CX product strategy roadmap.

Essential Technical Qualifications:

* Extensive expertise in Salesforce programming across Apex, LWC, Aura components, and Flows.
* Service Cloud experience is mandatory. Ideally, you have worked across all aspects of case management and knowledge base across multiple projects.
* Strong integration experience with Composite and REST APIs and platform events.
* A robust track record in technically shaping, coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and sustaining Salesforce integrations and applications.
* Familiarity with CI/CD-based deployment, employing tools such as GitHub.
* Demonstrated achievements in shepherding Salesforce development endeavors from ideation to operational deployment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills are a must.
