As a key interface between business units, Controllers, and Marketing teams, you will leverage opportunities and make informed decisions to manage business pursuits. A deep understanding of facilities management and business operations is crucial, as well as extensive experience in program management and progressive leadership responsibility.

You are expected to be an adept leader who can navigate large-scale projects with ease. Your expertise in resource management, strategic planning, and process improvement must be matched by your commitment to balancing stakeholder expectations with concrete business outcomes.

  • Experience working in mission-critical environments supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance, with a focus on continuous availability of facility infrastructure
  • Display strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills
  • Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Responsible for executing SOWs within cost and schedule, including community support during Contractor personnel change, interfacing with CO, COTR, and Chief of Facilities, delivery of contract requirements, managing subcontracts, and overseeing subcontractor personnel performance
