Experienced Legal Secretaries sought for challenging role in busy Family Law practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to specialist Family Law Partner
  • Manage diary, prepare and file court documents, manage files, open/close and archive
  • Prepare briefs to Counsel, liaise with clients, Barristers and Court
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain electronic files, end of month billing and expenses

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in general litigation practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed time management skills, strong attention to detail
  • Pro-active and flexible team attitude, advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of friendly team environment
