
Child Development Specialist

The speech pathology coach will work closely with early childhood professionals to enhance outcomes for children.
Key responsibilities include implementing evidence-informed capacity building approaches, working alongside centre directors and educators, and communicating with families to support child inclusion and participation.
The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills, as well as a high level of understanding of child development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent are required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Experience with Hanen Learning Language and Loving It Training Certification is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will be part of a national Allied Health team and have opportunities for professional development and growth within the early learning sector.
