We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at a well-established child development centre in Cairns. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions for children.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans that support functional communication outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with families, educators, and other therapists to ensure holistic care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
- Maintain accurate, professional clinical documentation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Prior experience in paediatric settings is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Able to work independently while being a proactive team player.
- Experience working within the NDIS framework would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies and child development frameworks.
