We are seeking a highly experienced Claims Advisor to join our WTW Natural Resources Team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims management, particularly in workers compensation and personal injury insurance.
This is a full-time, 12-month secondment to an ASX20 company, with options to renew. As a Claims Advisor, you will work closely with the Client Managing Counsel to manage injury liability claims, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement portfolio-wide strategies to optimize injury liability claims management
- Manage evidence, including conducting factual investigations and overseeing external legal panel
- Provide instructions to and manage the external legal panel in relation to litigated injury claims
- Manage the settlement authorization process and internal stakeholder engagement
- Assist in the development and delivery of targeted training for internal stakeholders
