Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle movements within our warehouse, working closely with Team Leaders and technicians to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Manage everyday vehicle movements and logistics within a workshop of 100+ vehicles.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders and technicians to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Incoming and outgoing vehicle movements - Moving vehicles according to schedule.
  • Inspection of vehicles.
  • Battery management of vehicles.

Main Responsibilities

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating the movement of vehicles within the warehouse.
  2. Working closely with Team Leaders and technicians to ensure deadlines are met.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of vehicle movements.
  4. Performing regular inspections of vehicles.
  5. Managing battery levels of vehicles.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with vehicles and logistics.
  • Current Driver's Licence 'C' Class - Manual licence beneficial but not essential.
  • Good time management and administrative skills.
  • Competent in handling manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Competent driving and parking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to adhere to WHS safety requirements.
