This is a full-time permanent role with a salary based on experience, offering a unique opportunity to work with a well-established company in the industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of the sale and distribution of Caterpillar parts and associated products. You will possess a strong customer focus and extensive mechanical knowledge as you will be the first point of contact for our key industry partners.

In this role, you will be required to answer customer enquiries, provide support to a team, and ensure our parts warehouse runs efficiently and effectively at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Report on weekly parts performance and prepare quotes and sales contracts
  • Provide technical and administrative research assistance and coordinate special events
  • Assist the external sales team in the field, pick, pack, and dispatch stock, and handle Goods Inwards receiving
  • Maintain OHS standards, including contamination control

About You

  • You must have previous warehouse experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral) and a sound understanding of logistics and warehouse management

We are looking for someone who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our team. A current and valid driver's license is essential.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
