Job Title: Production Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operation in the ANZ region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of plastic preforms and closures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a 24/7 manufacturing operation to meet customer demands and maintain high product quality.
  • Embed a Lean culture based on Operational Excellence (OE) tools to drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team, improving capability and performance.
  • Deliver cost-out initiatives and ensure effective management of budgets.
  • Support and coach teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and problem-solve issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A proven track record of managing relationships and building partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Leading a team to maximum effect to ensure business outcomes.
  • A demonstrated track record of managing a team to execute change programs.
  • Strong degree of computer literacy.
