Residential Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Supervisor to lead our Custom Home building operations on the Gold Coast.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing up to 10 homes at a time, overseeing their progress from start to finish and ensuring they meet quality and time targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will need to build rapport with clients and sub-contractors to create a positive working atmosphere.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple construction sites simultaneously
- Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process
- Identifying and mitigating potential issues before they escalate
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor looking to take on a new challenge. If you have a passion for building and a proven track record in management, we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have a QBCC Supervisors Licence and prior experience managing similar-sized projects. You will also need to possess excellent building knowledge, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
