A highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors in Malvern is seeking a skilled Administrator/Bookkeeper to join their team.

Job Description:
  • Support the Practice Manager with day-to-day tasks, project work, and bookkeeping data-entry responsibilities.
  • Prepare banking and process receipts daily.
  • Liaise with clients and external parties for debtors management.
  • Assist with the 'Move to Cloud' Project and office maintenance.
Responsibilities:
  1. Accounts Receivable: Daily preparation of banking and processing of receipts.
  2. Debtors Management: Liaising with clients and external parties.
  3. Information Technology (IT) Support: Act as internal point of contact for the team.
  4. Office & Property Maintenance: Deal with day-to-day issues and liaison with Property Manager & Third Parties.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working autonomously and harmoniously in a team environment.
