Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our growing organisation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and possess strong administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including word processing, document preparation, and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Assist with project coordination, including managing supplier quotes and invoices
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential documents
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, supplies, and common areas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with construction companies preferred
  • High interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
