About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our dynamic team of 16 professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing bookkeeping, and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
  • Manage bookkeeping and financial operations, working closely with our external accounts team
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Conduct regular staff check-ins and provide support to the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a high-performing team
  • Strong technical skills, with familiarity in LEAP software a plus
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounts, although our external accounts team will provide support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
