Strategic Lead

We are seeking a Head Earned Thinker to lead our clients in identifying opportunities that align with our proposition and strategic goals. The focus will be on driving the strategic thinking and creative process for our clients, providing strategic thinking, project planning, campaign implementation, and financial management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Culture: Drive the values and lead in creating an environment where people are inspired, engaged, and motivated.
  • Financial: Lead and drive the financial reporting and forecasting monthly for smooth accountability and delivery. Improve financial capability of staff to ensure accurate short-term forecasting, timely invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Product: Oversee the development of strategic communication solutions and ideas using effective methodologies. Approval of strategic product and creative briefs. Leadership role in think tanks or preparations of workshops.
  • Clients: Be the client lead across nominated clients and lead the growth and development of the business. Provide strategic guidance to staff across all accounts to develop brand and creative strategies that think beyond standard deliverables.
  • Leadership: Drive communication across the agency and focused on measurable results. Develop an annual plan to identify product/capability opportunities based on client needs. Support with pitches and new business opportunities.
