We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Oncology ward on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis. Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients with cancer and related conditions.
- Supervise and direct nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Experience in administering infusions and antineoplastic drugs.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
