Director of Clinical Training

A dynamic professional with a passion for medical education and supervision is required to lead the training and development of junior doctors within our healthcare network.

This key role involves developing comprehensive orientation and education programs, overseeing performance management and pastoral care for trainee medical officers, and maintaining accreditation status in relation to TMO training.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to education and supervision. They will have specialist qualifications, current clinical practice, and registration with AHPRA, as well as experience in TMO training, supervision, assessment, and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for junior doctors
  • Oversee performance management and pastoral care for trainee medical officers
  • Maintain accreditation status for TMO training
Requirements:
  • Specialist qualifications and current clinical practice
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in TMO training, supervision, assessment, and pastoral care
