Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Retail Site Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of one retail site to maximise sales and profitability.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead, grow and develop a team of paid employees and volunteers. You will also be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service is provided every day, in every interaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, grow and develop a team of paid employees and volunteers;
  • Customer Service: Ensure extraordinary customer service is provided every day, in every interaction;
  • Operational Excellence: Embed exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards;
  • Safety Culture: Role-model a 'safety first' culture in our stores;
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage the financial performance of the store;
  • Volunteer Engagement: Build and support the volunteer workforce and engage with the local community.

Requirements:
