Job Title: Regional Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our management structure, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our growing franchise network and managing company sites.

The primary focus of this role is to maintain high-value relationships with franchise partners, achieve business results, train staff and franchisees, ensure franchises comply with systems and procedures, work with national support teams, and develop career progression paths for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong working relationships with franchise partners to drive business growth.
  • Achieve set business outcomes through effective planning and execution.
  • Train and develop staff and franchisees to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure all franchises adhere to established systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with national support teams to plan new site openings.
  • Recruit staff as needed for company sites.
  • Develop and implement career progression paths for staff.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in club management or regional management in the fitness industry.
  • Proven sales management and leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships at various organisational levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving business outcomes.
