Our organization requires a Site Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and organizational business support to the project director and senior management group. The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient operations of the site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing entries and exits to site for visitors, suppliers, contractors, deliveries, VIPs, and members of the public.

- Issuing and managing inventory and access permissions of building security access cards and assigning keys and lockers to employees.

- Maintaining office facilities and amenities to ensure they are clean, tidy, maintained, and stocked with supplies.

- Ordering and issuing PPE, including maintenance of PPE stocks and spares for use by visitors.

- Creating PR/PO documents and processing invoices for indirect purchasing requirements.

- Coordinating arrival, orientation, desk allocation, IT, PPE, building access, ID card, and other necessary tasks for new starters.

You will serve as the primary representative of the site, utilizing your vibrant and cheerful demeanor to guarantee a positive interaction. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming front-facing experience.

Key requirements include:

- Strong administration background with ability to meet deadlines and timeframes.

- Experience in using SAP or similar systems.

- Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and expectations.

- Purchasing experience is advantageous.
