Site Operations Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including staff, subcontractors, and equipment. This position requires a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic planning and execution of projects through meeting stakeholder expectations, time, cost, quality, safety, and process compliance
- Lead, manage, and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and align behaviors with company values
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and supervise all site activities, including labor
- Ensure effective planning and communication of all activities
- Previous experience working as a Site Manager is essential
- Proven experience working on commercial new build projects exceeding $80m in value
- Strong track record as a Site Manager leading construction projects in Perth
- Effective team management, including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships
- Sound understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, with proven experience controlling site safety
