Job Opportunity

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Water and Wastewater Infrastructure team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing Development Applications, submitting comments and conditions of consent, and inspecting work done by developers and tradespeople.

Key responsibilities include project managing infrastructure works, issuing approvals under section 68 of the LG Act, and liaising with internal business units and external consultants.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Significant experience in water and wastewater management, project management, and infrastructure projects
- High level interpersonal skills, including conflict management, negotiation competency, and team building
- Enthusiasm to deliver exceptional service and innovate solutions
- Demonstrated history of sharing knowledge and mentoring others
- Office standard computer literacy
- Commitment to Work Health and Safety and customer service
- Current NSW Class C Driver's Licence
- Complying with statutory and environmental responsibilities
