Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This role plays an essential part in our setup, ensuring that our fleet is always ready for use.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and serviced prior to being handed over to customers. They will also be in charge of controlling the cars onsite at the depot, maintaining a neat and tidy carpark.

>

Movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required (service, warranty, etc.) will also be a key responsibility. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for completing inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound) and inspecting/reviewing accident-repaired vehicles.

Ongoing tasks include organizing the depot at the end of each day, ensuring vehicles are parked securely, and assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups (service, accident repairs).

New vehicles will require preparation, including the installation of telematic devices.

Requirements:

  • A valid full driver's license (valid to drive in Australia)
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Haberfield, Sydney Hub
  • Intermediate level computer skills
  • Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles (desirable)
