Job Summary:

As a Yard Hand/Vehicle Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our fleet is maintained and operational at all times. This position involves coordinating vehicle movements, cleaning, servicing, and damage assessment prior to handing over the keys.

About the Role:
  • Ensuring vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and serviced regularly.
  • Controlling cars on-site, maintaining a neat and tidy depot carpark.
  • Moving vehicles to and from specified locations as required.
  • Completion of inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound).
  • Inspecting and reviewing accident-repaired vehicles.
  • Organizing the depot daily, parking vehicles securely.
  • Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups – Service, Accident repairs.
  • Receiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices).
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Haberfield, Sydney Hub.
  • Intermediate-level computer skills.
  • A strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles (desirable).
