Job Opportunity

As a seasoned professional in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you have the opportunity to excel in a key role that will drive business growth through marketing and event automation.

About the Role:

  • Lead the expansion of real-time journey capabilities and event planning modules, ensuring optimal configuration, feature implementation, and solution documentation.
  • Advise on security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings, including the Customer Insights connector, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of nurture activities, trigger-based marketing campaigns, and content personalization.
  • Provide guidance on implementing brand profiles, preference centers, and consent management to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize the Event Planning module, including Power Pages event portal configuration and marketing/event form development.
  • Offer technical support and upskill internal teams throughout the optimization process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related field or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Proven experience using and configuring features across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Data products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing real-time journeys and event planning modules for marketing and event automation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tactics and technical solutions to support them.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM systems and related technologies, including data migration projects.
  • Knowledge of Australian privacy laws and data protection regulations.
  • Familiarity with government IT systems and processes.
