Software Quality Assurance Lead

About this role:

This position requires a highly skilled and motivated leader to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of automated and manual testing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams working in Agile methodology.

The Software Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies, master test plans, quality gates, and defect triage processes. This individual will also collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure full test coverage and oversee the execution of functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.

Additionally, the Software Quality Assurance Lead will support the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks and integration into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps). They will also track and report test progress, defect metrics, and quality KPIs to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to define test strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Experience driving testing capability uplift across people, processes, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
