About the Role:A Federal Agency requires a Microsoft D365 Solution Architect to support a recently launched technology program designed to uplift critical systems.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud technologies (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and M365).
This is a hands-on and collaborative role that requires both deep technical expertise and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
The candidate will work across multiple delivery streams, guiding solution design, integration, security, and scalability considerations.
Key duties and responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud application architectures, with a focus on Microsoft D365 technologies.Lead the development team to deliver a D365 CRM and Case Management solution including establishment of the team, delivery practices (peer review, CI/CD pipeline, unit testing etc) and day-to-day operations of the team.Work with the team to provide advice into co-design of the D365 technical solutionOversee the migration of legacy and on-premises Dynamics systems into modern D365 cloud-native environments.Lead the architecture and execution of data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with target system requirements.Develop high-level and detailed solution designs that align with enterprise architecture standards and support long-term sustainability.Champion best practices in modern cloud adoption, security, automation and DevOps.Skills & Experience Required:Deep technical knowledge of D365 technologies - Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.Experience designing and delivering enterprise grade solutions across complex environments.Proven ability to lead D365 delivery teams and co-design solutions leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities.Proven experience providing architectural leadership across multiple delivery streams, ensuring consistent, high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical goals.Strong understanding of integration, security, scalability, and sustainability considerations.Experience evaluating and recommending D365 and other cloud services to meet business and technical needs.How to Apply:To apply for this position please submit your resume via the provided link on this advert.
