Document Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to oversee the preparation, management, and filing of documents for our projects at IIQAF.
This role involves reviewing and editing technical documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in document management, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage documents for projects
- Review and edit technical documents
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Distribute project-related documents to internal teams
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Create templates for future use
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
- Prepare reports on projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in document management
- Familiarity with project management
- Basic knowledge of labour and corporate law
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
- BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field
